Hello, I was born and raised in Fresno and currently reside with my wife of 28years, Dian and our three sons, in Clovis, California. I earned my Bachelors of Science degree from the Sid Craig Business School at California State University Fresno in 1980. My studies emphasized Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Business Administration. I was first licensed as a California Real Estate Agent in 1979. Along with my passion for marketing Real Estate, I have been a licensed California General Building Contractor since 1990. I am a past member of the Board of Directors for East Bakersfield Rotary, G.B. Fast Inc., Riser's ARS Inc., and Clovis Babe Ruth. I am a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Fresno Board of Realtors. I am a Realtor and Sales Associate with London Properties. I hold the designation of GRI(Graduate Realtor Institute) and I am currently completing my Masters Series GRI. I enjoy an aggressive persuit of continued education in an effort to stay on top of the ever changing dynamic Real Estate Market. I work out of the London Properties Clovis office located at, 215 N. Clovis Ave. I specialize in Urban and Rural Residential Real Properties in the greater Fresno County Area.
