Fresno Clovis Madera California Real Estate For Sale

My Philosophy

My Philosophy

As a person who has chosen a profession facilitating Real Property transactions, I find myself constantly looking toward the Philosophical questions that are abundant, when looking at the profession. On the surface the nature of the business may appear to be similar to other business professions, that also do arms length transactions with both buyers and sellers of goods and services. While there are many similarities that can be found, there are also many that are unique to the Real Estate Industry. Whether the nature of the interactions and processes are the similar or unique are not as important in identifying the profession as they are in acknowledging it's distinct nature.

Real Estate is very local in nature. It has its local and regional economic and political factors that differ from areas that are not so far away from each other geographically. These factors which determine the supply and demand of differing types of Real Property makes the understanding of the industry a local affair. Because of this and the fact that Real Estate laws and regulations differ by state as well as municipalities, all successful Real Estate Agents provide as part of their added value to the transaction process, large amounts of community participation and awareness. That being said it is understood by most that agents are best when they live in the communities in which they provide their services. This may seem to be an obvious statement however in the case of Real Estate Agents in California maximum disclosure and discovery from this familiarity, produces the highest satisfaction levels. Satisfied clients not only provide great referrals but they don't wish to undo their transactions or indicate the need for adjustments to the transaction after it is complete. Ultimately this is the measure of success and longevity for an Agent in California and more specific to us in, Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Selma, Sanger, etc.. We want or clients to understand as much as humanly possible, the full repercussions of their purchase or sale and to only go past contingency periods if they are satisfied with their findings.

It is because of this that the nature of a Real Estate Professional job is almost an effort to find reasons why your client should not go through with the transaction. In other words while we are pointing out to our clients all the pluses that make up the transaction benefits, that we can refer to as selling points, we are at the same time, trying to discover any features of the property or the transaction that might have a negative impact on, either the client or the value or use of the property. It is for this very reason that Real Estate Agents should really not be looked at as sales people, but rather experts of local markets that develop close working relationships with their clients in guiding them through a process of acquisition and disposal of Real Property, the nature of which, is different in every case. So while the focus of all Real Property transaction is on the property, the critical relationship is between the client and the agent which if successful, should turn into the life long commitment of both parties.
